    Return, Cancellation, Refund and No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

    At Soundary Market, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we are here to help. Please review our return policy for fresh groceries, organic produce, and everyday essentials below:

    Return Policy:

    Return Eligibility

    Perishable Items:

    Due to the nature of perishable items (such as fresh produce, dairy, and meat), returns are generally not accepted. However, if the item arrives damaged, spoiled, or is incorrect, we will work with you to find a solution.

    Non-Perishable Items:

    Items such as canned goods, packaged foods, and household essentials can be returned if they are in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

    We accept returns within 2 days of receipt, but you must report it within 2 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product.

    Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.

    Also, we only accept returns for products that are untampered, sealed, and in their original packaging. If these conditions are met, please return the products via the Soundary Market delivery team or the same registered courier service used for the original delivery. Upon receiving the items, we will issue a full refund. Please note, we reserve the right to reject any return if the product appears to be used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    Reporting Issues:

    Time Frame:

    If you encounter a problem with your order, you must report it within 2 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

    Resolution Options:

    Replacement:

    If you receive damaged or spoiled items, we will replace them at no additional cost.

    Refund:

    Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

    Store Credit:

    As an alternative to a refund, you may opt for store credit, which can be applied to future orders.

    Return Process:

    Return Authorization:

    Before returning any item, you must receive a return authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping:

    For non-perishable items, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

    Note: Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

    Exclusions:

    Certain items, such as customized or specialty products, may not be eligible for return. Our customer service team can clarify if you have any questions.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once an order is placed and being processed immediately, However, cancellations may be allowed within 30 minutes of placing your order, if it has not been processed or dispatched.

    Non-Perishable Goods:

    For non-perishable grocery items, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours.

    Compliance with Local Laws:

    This policy is designed to comply with United Arab Emirates consumer protection laws. If your purchase falls under exceptions provided by local regulations, please contact us to resolve the issue.

    At Soundary Market, we prioritize delivering high-quality groceries to our customers. To maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, we have implemented the following No Refund and No Cancellation Policy for grocery items.

    Perishable Goods:

    Due to the perishable nature of groceries, including fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats, and other consumable products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales of perishable items are final.

    Opened or Used Products:

    For safety and quality control reasons, grocery items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We encourage customers to check their orders carefully upon receipt.

    Hygiene and Food Safety:

    In order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, we do not offer returns or exchanges for grocery items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. This applies to both perishable and non-perishable items.

    Damaged or Defective Products:

    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 6 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or, if necessary, provide a refund for the defective item.

    Promotional and Discounted Items:

    All items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are final and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
